Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product itself, we do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges on items that have been opened. Used or opened products may not be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

All products should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged packaging box as this is considered part of the product. Products that are returned without or in a damaged or marked packaging box will not be accepted.

Unless the return or exchange is caused by our error or defective products, customers are responsible for any shipping or handling costs. Please send us an email and our customer service representative will contact you to arrange the details. Once the return is approved, please send the product back to Corva  either by local courier, Hong Kong Post or in person within 3 days.

Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.

Defective Items

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misused or man-made damage are not considered to be defect. Please send us an email and we will replace it for the same model and color subject to availability.

One Year Warranty

The item has a one year warranty. Please send us an email for the defective unit. We will replace it for the same model and color subject to availability

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misused or man-made damaged are not insured by the one year warranty policy.

All one year warranty claim must be made within one year after purchase. For your protection, please keep the receipt and any warranty card that is included with the product.
